How do I book an appointment?
You can easily schedule your appointment through our online reservation system 24/7 or email us at contact@diamondhomechicago.com. Rest assured, all online reservations are instantly confirmed without the need for phone calls.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, upon completion of your service.
Do you guarantee the quality of your service?
Absolutely! If we happen to miss any areas during the cleaning, our dedicated crew will promptly address and rectify any issues at no additional cost to you.
Am I required to provide cleaning supplies?
Not at all. Our team arrives fully equipped with our own supplies and equipment, including a vacuum cleaner, rags, and more. All we need is access to water and electricity. If the client prefers to supply the cleaner with their own products, that’s no problem. The cleaner will carry out the service using the products provided by the client, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee the cleaning outcome.
What’s included in the pricing?
Our pricing includes all necessary cleaning products, tools, insurance, transportation (including gas costs), and taxes.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No, it’s not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning. However, if you won’t be home, please provide us with the necessary access information, such as a note granting permission to enter or details about a hidden key.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. You can cancel by email your request to contact@diamondhomechicago.com.
What’s your policy on pets?
We are a pet-friendly cleaning company! However, if your pet exhibits aggressive behavior, we may refuse service and charge for the appointment. For safety reasons, we suggest placing pets in crates if the client won’t be home during the cleaning service.
How many team members do you send to my home?
Typically, we send a crew of two maids. In some cases, a three-person team or a single maid may be dispatched due to unforeseen circumstances.
How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?
While same-day service may be available at times, we recommend booking at least three days in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
What are your appointment times?
We schedule appointments every half-hour between 7:45 am and 2 pm.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. You can make instant online reservations 24/7.
Do your crew members require parking?
No, you don’t need to provide parking for our crew. We’ll drop off and pick up our personnel upon completion of the job.
Will I get the same team for every appointment?
Upon your request, we’ll send the same crew, provided you offer a three-hour arrival flexibility or select a 7:45 am appointment. In rare cases, an alternate team or maid may be substituted due to illness.
What services are not provided?
Our personnel do not perform tasks such as climbing higher than a step stool, washing walls and ceilings routinely, cleaning windows from the outside, moving furniture containing electronics, lifting objects over 35 pounds, touching TV screens or computer equipment, preparing meals, ironing, or providing children-related services.
How do you handle keys?
All keys are coded individually and securely stored in our top-grade business safe. Each key is cross-referenced separately for added security.
What if I have a security system?
Our cleaning professionals are trained to deal with various alarm and security systems. We recommend providing us with a code that you can change after we leave.
Will I receive reminders about my appointments?
We’ll send you email reminders two days before your service day and text message reminders three days and one day before your reservation upon request.
Why am I not receiving email confirmation or reminders?
Free email services like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail may filter our messages into your junk mail folder. Make sure to add our email address to your address book to prevent this from happening.
What type of training do your workers receive?
Our management team and maids undergo continuous training in proper cleaning techniques, use of different cleaning products, equipment maintenance, workplace safety, organizational skills, and company policies.
How do I cancel an appointment?
