Program description
Diamond Home Chicago sends transactional and customer-service SMS messages related to your cleaning service — such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival notifications, schedule changes, and replies to inquiries you send us.
SMS opt-in
You opt in to receive text messages from Diamond Home Chicago by submitting your mobile number through our booking form, contact form, or online quote request, or by texting us first. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Diamond Home Chicago at the number provided.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and appointments. You may receive messages when you book, before a scheduled cleaning, after your service, or in response to messages you send us.
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Diamond Home Chicago. Please check your mobile plan for details.
STOP instructions (opt-out)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Diamond Home Chicago. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, we will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages from Diamond Home Chicago is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may book and receive our services without opting in to text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties. Information that we collect from you as part of the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Supported carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Consent from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. See also our Terms of Service.
