Diamond Home Chicago provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Chicago and nearby suburbs. Specific tasks, timing, and scope are agreed at booking.
Booking and pricing
Prices are provided at booking based on information supplied by the customer. Additional time or scope may result in adjusted pricing, discussed before work begins whenever possible.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide reasonable notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellation fees may apply as disclosed in the booking flow.
Cleaning products
Cleaning products are selected according to the needs and condition of each home. Natural-product preferences may be accommodated upon request. Customers may provide their preferred cleaning products. Exclusive use of natural or eco-friendly products may require advance notice and an additional fee.
Liability
Customers are responsible for disclosing fragile items, special surfaces, or conditions that require caution. Our team will exercise reasonable care in every home.
Payments
Payment methods and timing are disclosed at booking. Chargebacks or disputes should be raised directly with us so we can resolve issues quickly.
